What actually happens on the call?
We look at your account before we speak, so the 20 minutes is spent on findings, not questions. You get the three fixes worth the most revenue to your store, ranked, with a rough Rand number on each and what it takes to build them. If you want to take that list and do it yourself, it is yours.
What if my list is small?
List size matters less than traffic. If your store is doing steady visitors and you have a few thousand subscribers, flows will earn from day one because they trigger off browsing and checkout behaviour, not blast sends. Under about 500 subscribers we will tell you to spend on list growth first rather than take your money.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope: a single flow build, an ongoing campaign retainer, or the full system. You get a fixed quote in Rands on the call and nothing starts until you approve it. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.
How long before we see revenue?
Core flows go live within 14 days and start earning immediately because they fire off traffic you already have. Campaigns build slower, with most accounts seeing the real shift over the first two to three months as segments and timing get tuned.
Why not just hire an agency?
You deal directly with the person writing and building your emails. No account manager in the middle, no junior copywriter you never meet, and no retainer paying for an office. It also means we take on a limited number of builds at a time.
Do you only work with Klaviyo?
Klaviyo is what we build in most often because it fits Shopify and WooCommerce stores best and the flow logic is stronger. If you are on Mailchimp, Omnisend or Sendinblue we can work with it, and we will say on the call whether moving is worth the effort.
What do you need from us?
Access to your email platform and store, your brand assets, and 30 minutes so we understand your customer before anything gets written. After that, about an hour a month for approvals.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Retainers run month to month. Every month you get a report showing revenue per send, and if that number does not justify the spend, you stop.
